Refund policy

At Adorné, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Have all original tags and labels attached
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:


  • Hijabs or headwear that have been worn or tried on
  • Jewelry that has been worn or damaged after delivery
  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, Shop Pay, Shopify Payments, Visa, MasterCard, or Apple Pay).

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Adorné is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at adorne.modesty@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.

We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
